Do you really offer free worldwide shipping?
Yes — every order, every country, no minimum. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 5–12 business days depending on destination. Tracking is provided for all shipments. Packaging is always plain and unbranded.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened items, and a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defect. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care devices cannot be returned unless faulty — in which case we replace them immediately at no cost.
Are SlowLuma devices body-safe?
Every device uses medical-grade, hypoallergenic silicone over an eco-conscious ABS core — non-porous, phthalate-free, CE and RoHS certified. Non-porous means nothing absorbs into the surface, so it cleans completely with warm water and mild soap.
